How many DVD's do you own

I have 234. Most have been watched just once what a waste. I suppose I ought to sell them.

About 500 or so. I used to be an absolute film nut, buying something like 5 a week and watching atleast a film a day.

Now that my love affair with film is at a standstill they're all in box in my spare room gathering dust. I'd probably get a few quid for them on eBay if I wasn't so damn lazy.

514, all alphabetically listed and kept on shelving units, because I'm sad like that. Its just a shame every dvd is in the wrong box and I can't ever find anything! Used to buy four a week at uni; and they say students are hard done by!

Only about 15, although a few of those are box sets. I tend to buy a lot more CDs. There's only a small number of films I'd want to watch more than once, so I don't buy that many on DVD...

We had this subject up a while ago and I thought I was doing well with (IIRC) 18 pages on Play.com at the time... I was soundly beaten!
I'm up to 22 pages now...

As an aside, when counting DVDs, do you count each individual one? I ask because I've got a lot of boxed sets, such as the Sherlock Holmes one, which is about 23 DVDs... I'm not being serious, I hasten to add!

Depends on what's in the box set. For instance the Back to the Future trilogy I've counted as 3 DVDs. However the Pulp Fiction boxset I've only counted as 1 as the other disc is not a film, just 'extras'
