Scarlet Johansson
Discussion
As there is another thread talking about J-Lo, thought I'd offer an alternative. Someone with some talent and promise , IMO.
She is young, but she is interesting. There is something about Scarlet Johansson that is hard to pin down. But for some reason she is interesting to watch.
Not traditionally beautiful, not up front, aggressive or pushy. Yet somehow I find her compelling.
Maybe its that "lost in translation thing " and I'm Bill Murray, I don't know, but the girl has got something...

Saw in Good company the other day, new movie with Dennis Quaid as a fella who get's demoted and subsequently presented with a boss half his age, said boss then hooks up with Quaid's college age daughter : Johansson.
I really enjoyed this movie and found it far less predictable and cheesey/Schmaltzy than I expected. All the lead performances are great, not least Johansson's. Good ending too!
Not gonna make my top ten but far better than a lot of the dissapointingly bad movies i've seen in the first 2 months of 2005.

She looks like "the girl next door" which is a good thing, not to my taste but low key and subtle. I'm a brunette man myself
She looks a bit fragile but leagues ahead of J Lo, who is a Capri in the World of D-Types. Having said, a Capri isn't a bad thing, bad analogy there.
I reckon that celebs aren't all they are cracked up to be, it's a kind of celebrity arc-eye.
I think we should have a "The definitive beautiful woman" thread, I think that one of my "Mates" takes the cake, I shall prove my point in due course.
I expect the "The desirable bloke" thread would degenerate in an obvious way seen on many an other thread.

A perfect example of golden proportion ratios. 1.6:1:0.6
What's that, then?
the mystical ratio.....it's found everywhere in nature and housebricks, but in this instance I believe it's a dentistry thang
it certainly is...
Its a proportion , in this case of her teeth....of the central to the lateral to the canine tooth that is visible from the front aspect.
If your front teeth are too small or large the ratio of 1.6-1.0-0.6 is wrong and the teeth just dont look right or aesthetic.
If your teeth are crooked, the ratio is wrong again.
Charlottes are near perfect.
Something in our minds makes us view harmony/ Golden proportion symmetry as attractive. It also applies to the distance between features of the face, lengths of arms ..etc.etc.
Amazingly GP proportions are found through nature in things like tree structure, cell structure right down to DNA structure. Its very strange and not spoken about very often.
What the significance of this is I dont know,
but in the field of cosmetic dentistry it is an important principle when designing a smile.
Which is why Charlotte Johannsen looks beautiful when she smiles and someone like Justin from the Darkness doesnt.
