Not that type of black box I'm afraid. 
Have just heard on the radio that they are developing an aircraft style black box for cars. Great was my first thought... until I realised that the bib might be able to pull you over, plug into it and download all your data ie highest speeds

etc etc Already happening in the U.S. I'm afraid, data from black boxes has been used in court after accidents. I've also heard that at least one person has had information provided by his On-Star system to be proven guilty for speeding. He was driving from Las Vagas NV to L.A. at 100mph in his new car. The police rather than pull him over just took down the license number and the guy was sent 2 tickets in the mail for each county he had sped through. On-Star being linked to GPS can track your speed. I won't be buying that option If I can at all help it in the future.
