..what would it be, and why?
As for me, I think I'd change the building legislation which ensures that if there is a new private housing development there has to be a certain percentage of "chav housing".
Fairly close to my house, there has been some recent development and the chav houses represent no more than 5%-10% of these properties. However, the low-life scum that hang around there - beggars belief. I'm glad I don't live any closer!

sooooo, that's why st tony bought his circa £2m pad in one of london's most elite areas then?
had same experience m'self - tainted the whole area of an otherwise nice development, the little tossers.

Yes I am an ex smoker. Gave it up nearly 30 years ago. It would be hypocritical of me to criticise smoking without the personal experience of the burden of nicotine addiction. However I know that it is possible to break free and take control of your life.
The evidence now is a lot different than it was 30 years ago, now you have to be spectacularly stupid to stay on this evil weed.
