Dayglo Drapers
Discussion
I'm not sure they do that consciously, but what really annoys me is when people put a sticker in their back window saying 'Speed kills' or 'Slow is safe', then drive erratically below the speed limit, and of course if you were to confront them about it, they'd go on the Speed Kills rant and say that you were being impatient and wanting to speed and kill children etc.
I find the worst 'fake coppers' are those in corporate-branded cars with lights on the roof or big flashy graphics, who act like emergency vehicles in order to barge past everyone.

I was only thinking about this on the way to work this morning!
I was following a large saloon car, think it was a 5 Series, and the guy had a large Day-Glo jacket over the passenger seal back. It made me wonder why??? They are working coats so he is not hanging it there to make sure it doesn’t get creased, I really couldn’t think of a valid reason as to why. In my job when ever we are around live Aircraft we have to wear Day-Glo Jackets, I know its to bee seen but it wont stop you being sucked into an engine intake it’s up to you to keep an eye out for these dangers. When I go back to my car I always put it in the boot or lay it on the rear seats, I have never had the urge to place it over the passenger seat or on the rear parcel shelf where it could distract me or obscure my view.
I did have a chuckle to myself when I was in the RAF. I would always drive home on a Friday afternoon in uniform. If I was in blues I would have a Wedgwood Blue shirt and a black tie with my Rank slide on as well. I drove a dark Grey Rover 620ti that was maybe a year old and boy oh boy did people get out of my way and really slow don as well!
Funny that.

t. Inevitably at some point the driver’s window will roll down the window and a fag butt flicked out.
