Dumplings on a diet?
Discussion
Oh yes, Morrisons chicken stew and dumplings, only 1.9g of fat per 100g
... Surely some mistake I thought, but even the beef one only has 3.6g.
Now compare this to the chicken salad sandwich I almost bought yesterday which had about 18g per 100g. You have to be careful with this eating lark, all is definitely not as it seems.
Still haven't been able to find a low fat scotch egg though

Might be low in fat, but its high in carbohydrates, refined sugar, and plenty of additives to make you hyperactive.
Stick to what grows in the ground, on trees, swims in the sea, and runs around on 4 legs eating grass.
I need carbs etc as I am fairly active. I swim a mile three times a week. No carbs=no energy=crap excercise. All I do is keep the fat content of what I eat below 10% and the weight comes off easily.
Remind me not to give up smoking again for a while
