New Star Wars movie not suitable for kids?
Discussion
Has George Lucas entirely lost the plot? Surely the Star Wars films are meant to be family viewing. The last two films have been poor in my view - is he now going to annoy his customers by making the final movie not suitable for families?

Good news!
Star Wars was best when aliens were grotesque and people got their limbs chopped off by lightsabres. The thing that lifted Star Wars above the other sci-fi around at the time was its sense of gritty realism and the bad guys winning from time to time, and as a result, The Empire Strikes Back is still the best of the lot.
Since Return Of The Jedi they've been sanitised, although things got marginally darker in Attack Of The Clones. In this last instalment, I want to see all the gruesome imagery about the creation of Darth Vader alluded to in the first films made real or it'll be a big disappointment. I want Jar Jar Binks blasted to bits with a laser gun in the first five minutes, I want to see spaceships crashing into each other again, and above all, I want the bad guys winning, because that, as we know, is what's supposed to happen.

I'm actually really looking forward to this film
I am a Star Wars fanantic.
There I was looking forward to the 1st one the Phantom Menance-Saw it and arghhhhhh
What absolute crap
The next one was better-I suppose it deserves to have the name Star Wars in the title-Not as good as the original three though.
But this one-as long as someone has sat George Lucas down and made him watch the Empire Strikes Back over and over again for a hundred times he might have come to realise what made Star Wars great.
