That's at 12 weeks, the 20 week scan is much better, but I haven't scanned that in yet.

Actually, a good gauge is listen to how much people go on about how lovely he is, not much and he's boot ugly I'm afraid. When they can't shut up, you've got a potential male model on your hands.
