Help nokia and gps maps !!!!!!!

Can anyone please help me I have a nokia smart phone which I have downloaded gb & spanish maps onto the 256MB storage card, which i cannot seem to access, also i have a royaltek gps positioner which is switched on at the moment flashing to say it has a fixed position but no blue tooth connection between my phone and it.
I have the royalteck manual in front of me but it may as well be in japanese,
Idiots guide please..

Which navigation software are you using and which model of phone is it?

You'll need to enable bluetooth on the phone if you haven't done it already, and you might need to "pair" the devices.
