John has asked me to let you all know that there is a shiney new tractor in the garage
Livia was born at 8.37 this morning, weighing in at 6lbs 6oz. It wasnt easy & Leigh will be walking sideways for a week or two!
I have contacted the Highways Agency & asked them to fill in all the ditches & put padding on the central reservations - just to be on the safe side.
Cant wait to see you soon mate - looking forward to wetting the baby's head.

Funny, isn't it. It is my daughter's fourth birthday tomorrow. My mate with whom I go to Le Mans with also has a 4 year old whose birthday was just the other day. We put it down to a late June conception, ie: emptying the tanks after Le Mans

Congrats by the way

Thank you all.
Well that was an experience!!!!
I wasn't expecting that I can tell you, I don't know how you women do it.
30 hrs labour with no pain relief until the last minute. What a star.
Anyway, here is the result, my beautiful daughter....
Bib worn under protest from the wife!
And no Rosso Rebel, it shouldn't have 'better than my Dad' at the bottom.
Oh and to add to the timing thing, my wedding anniversary is the 19th of June so I must be a one hit wonder.

Aww she's lovely, got to bring her along to the next meet.
Without a doubt George.
You're an expert with Girls, got any handy hints?
Is it normal that she slept 12 hrs straight for the second time last night(3rd night home)?
We were expecting much much worse than this!!!

Not slipping a drop of brandy in her bottle are you. I've only ever had one sleepless night with mine.
As long as she's not under weight and is taking all of her other feeds, I would enjoy your sleep and try not to worry.
My only hints would be, enjoy every moment, the early years pass far too quickly. Pick her up and cuddle her all the time, I don't believe you can spoil a child my giving them a hug. Oh and burst with pride.
