Bought the whole lot on DVD yesterday and watched the first series. Absolutely brilliant. I hadn't seen it since I started university and it makes so much more sense now. In fact it's quite reassuring that people who grind me down and are put on a pedestal at university get the piss ripped out of them in real life, and that every student house has its 'stereotypes'. I'd love to see an updated one though (obviously not a 'remake', but a version with modern student stereotypes). The first series is funny but just plain weird in places (lots of talking animals etc), the second series is probably funnier but less surreal.

However - thoroughly reccommended, and only £10.99 a series in HMV at the moment.

That is one of the graet things about DVDs

You can get your favourite Tv series on Disc

Lets face it you couldn't relly with Video-It took up too much space and was too expensive.

I am building up quite a collection

Comedy

Blackader, Frasier 1-3, Simpsons 1-4

Drama

B5 1&2, Voyager 1&2, X Files 1, CSI 1,

I have so much more to look forward too as I get later series.

Abso-bloody-lutley

I thought they were great when I was about 14 (because of the swearing mainly)

But after living in a student house for a year or 2

Its the bathwater in that episode that Neil gets into.

Then he finds his bike in there.....classic.

Can anyone remember the first ever Comic Relief?

(Vivian humping...)
Mike or Rik: "That's not Kate Bush; it's Neil, and you know it!"
Vivian: "It is Kate Bush, I'm using Neil as a contraceptive!"
