I saw England vs Scotland today, I think they deserve a pat on the back...Although they have done HIDEOUSLY throughout the rest of the tournament.

From a dyed-in-the-wool England man, I say well done Wales!

Great championship overall, with lots of close games and exciting rugby, and a suitable finale.

I just hope England get all the injury problems sorted, to make next year's selection headaches a bit easier (and Charlie Hodgson to get his kicking boots back on!!)

It feels like European rugby is in a state of flux, in terms of playing style - we've seen a lot more open running rugby, with backs more dominant, which played best to Wales' main strengths. England are rebuilding, France are France as usual - blowing hot and cold in unpredictable gusts, Ireland and Wales getting stronger (though Ireland may have peaked already), and Scotland and Italy in their usual wooden spoon decider.

Time to bring Argentina in to restore a bit of blood and guts forward play!
