The Food Trust......(food in schools)
Typical New Labour solution..........we'll appoint a committee..........from my experience New Labour never do anything........just a talking shop. Just watch BBC Breakfast new every morning........."well acutally we have had a team looking at {INSERT TOPIC} for {x} years and they a due to report back in June [i.e. after election]
This country is tying itself in red tape and it is NOT because of Europe. For example........I'm new to living in the UK but isn't the Council Tax just Poll Tax by another name (for which you all protested aginst - ok labour will say they inherited it)..........any how much does it cost to administer........sleight of hand..........just tax me up front and pay my council a share.........£1,500 (of my after tax income) for the pleasure of having my bin collected..........come on....this county is over taxed (relative to quality of services)..........its no wonder there is low unemployment when the Civil Service picks up the slack. It will all end in tears for New Labour.

Coucil tax is different from the poll tax in that it depends on your value of your home-not a flat charge for everyone.
