Days from hell

Anybody else who runs a Business have days from hell somtimes?

If my day could get any worse, bring it on!

I used to get them, but one word saved the day for me "delegation".

True hell, as only an overbearing, over picky, micro-management obsessed, back-stabbing, clueless customer can make....

And its not over.

Nope, not a problem with PH'ers of PH business. More a problem of someone posting Libelous incorrect facts up on a public forums. When i try to respond, he threatens ME with Libel!

I don't think there's too much you can do about that except contact the the company that are running the Forum. If it's a well-run forum then they should remove it. I believe there have been one or two test cases which showed the internet company had some liability.
