Its very, very good.

Real heart-stopping, edge of the seat drama. And darkly, uncomfortably funny in places. There are several places where you have to remind yourself to breathe.

Paddy Considine is astonishing.

Only came across this film as a 'people also bought this...' recommendation by Amazon while looking at what they were charging for Layer Cake. All the purchasers reviews were good.

With good review also here, I may just have to buy it.

Good film, just seen it

British cinema seems to produce one or two good films a year-in amongst all the dross which seems to be there purely for the purpose of securing the tax reliefs available.

Paddy Considine is very good.

We watched it last night, and it was excellent I really enjoy pre meditated cold blooded killing (in movies, mostly ) - watched too many horror movies over the years, and these days a good storyline and some brutal slayings are needed to enduce the max brownpants factor

If you have 2 hours to kill this weekend, honestly, go and rent it. It is the best film I have seen in years.

Blown away. Havent felt liket this since I watched Requiem For A Dream.

It was the ending that had me PlotLoss-I was absolutly spell bound.

and I would add to your recommendation-Buy it-it will be well worth seeing again.

An unnerving plus-point for me - most of it was filmed in and around Matlock - a village not far from where I live and somewhere I've been many times. The castle is Riber Castle and the scenes there take place in what was a small zoo but was abandoned a few years back.

Glad you all enjoyed it. It worth watching again with the commentary on.
