Man shot after wrong way drive

Armed police officers today shot dead a man on a busy main road after being called in following reports that a van was being driven down the carriageway in the wrong direction.
Police were called to the A63 west of Welton, near Hull, at 6.20am following reports that the vehicle was driving down the eastbound carriageway the wrong way.
Humberside Police said armed response officers were sent to the scene and following an incident the man was shot with a baton round and then a firearm.
He was pronounced dead at 7.30am, a spokesman said.

hardly in-depth is it!? For all we know he'd just come from a bank robbery which is why he was driving so erratically! Let's not jump to conclusions...there can be a million reasons why this has occured....I think purely because he was driving the wrong way is reason 1,000,001
