When do Chaves become adult chaves?

my mate is 31 and he's the poster boy for aged chavs.
sovs on ALL fingers (and thumbs), collars up, rope gold necklaces (pronounced Gode) worn on the outside of his shirt, the works.
and, he has just VOLUNTARILY nailed Gode wheels to his big, allegedly blinging 4x4 (which is a super hip diesel).
luckily I'm a positive beacon of good taste and style so it goes some way to offset the damage.

Oh you can be a chav all your life.
My mates dad is the epitome of chavness as well & he's easily in his 40's but thinks he's way younger & cooler than that.

Another question is how old do they have to be to become Chavs.
I saw a baby a while back, still in its buggy and his mother had put a baseball cap on his head.
He was crying 'waaaahh I don't want to be a chav' at least that was what I think he was crying about.
I went home feeling rather solemn-another child doomed to become a chav.

Similar situation at work last week. Baby was about 6 months old. Had gold HOOPS in and a blooming gold chain! Hardly safe for a baby!
did i mention that when i came out of tescos the other night, after being 'stared out' by a group of nova bound chavs on the way in, the bonnet of my cerb was covered in spat out chewing gum. deeeeelightful. and the cockey little blighters were stood about 20 feet away in a huddle watching. and chuckling. loveley.
sadly for them im a giant violent psychotic and killed them all. then stole their nova.
ok i didnt. but i did pick it all off and put it under the cap of the lead chav. much to his disgust. and his mates delight.
of course, jokes on me, he'll probably have me killed now.
why would they though? i just dont get it. its not like i dissed them in their hood/hoodies or anything...
