When I was at middle school I took a packet of fruit pastilles and put them in boiling water to dissolve the sugar coating. Rolled them in salt and put them back in the packet.
I handed a few out in class (when we shouldn't have been eating them) so nobody could spit them out!! They just had to finish them.

i've just mocked up a letter to one of our mates.
headed with our local constabulary logo, notice of intended prosecution, all worded as per a real letter.
I just know that he'll be straight on the phone demanding the photo evidence so I've put the 'direct dial' number to one of my other mate's offices (he's in on it)
cruel? probably!

You can get a similar effect with replacing the jam with tomato sauce in jam doghnuts - and finish off, once again, with a sprinkling of salt.

Superb!

So I had to wait for SIX MONTHS with full anxiety. I was just waiting for a letter from the court on a charge for failing to declare.
As it turned out nothing came, and it was a hoax.
Don't do it - that is just so cruel. If I was your mate I'd literally box you if I ever found out.

That was actually true, but what I didn’t tell her was that it was a fart scented candle. Took her a week to work out where the awful smell was coming from every evening. She even paid to have her carpets cleaned to see if that helped. ![]()
That reminds me of another.
Hide chopped garlic down the back of a radiatior.
Or, if you want to be REALLY MEAN, smear garlic all over the person's toothbrush, and then make sure you avoid them for a few days

he'll definitely phone though and we'll tell him tmrw if he doesn't. just need to wind him up a bit first. you have no idea the wind ups he's done to us
I'm in the process of reproducing a parking ticket from scans I made a month ago (bastard wardens). I kept the plastic wallet and yellow 'parking notice' insert.
I'll be amending the details to reflect his car, changing the number to contact (the Surrey Gay & Lesbian Helpline should work adequately). Also getting him to send his cheque to my new flat (the address of which he won't recognise), then popping the little bugger onto his windscreen.
Gruffy

I read out the lottery numbers for my GF to check against hers - previously having looked at her ticket and written down her numbers. I told her my trick very quickly (within about 30 seconds) but she was MAD - apparently the crushing blow she felt was almost as great as the rush she got when she ticked the last number off!

Back in the days of school (I'm talking secondary school here)...someone managed to find themselves a roll of police tape (no idea how
).
5 mins before the whole school had a mid morning break, right smack bang in the most busy part, a couple of friends lay on the ground and we draw around them in chalk. Then roped of the area with the "POLICE LINE DO NOT CROSS" tape. The resulting hoards 5mins later, followed by the announcement over the tannoy "Will the caretaker URGENTLY come to the main building" had us in fits. They never found out it was us.
Writing words in grass with weedkiller was always a favourite

Workwise I'm sure they have all been covered, but a thin slice of smoked salmon on top of a PC tower (if under desk) can work wonders for desired victim, or:-
If you can separate a phone handpiece (to gain access to actual speaker) a thin slice of peppered salami or chorizo over the speaker in the mouthpiece before re-assembling the phone has a similar effect.

I put loads of salt in my sister's coca-cola once when we were kids. She didn't even notice...
