getting to paul ricard

Hi, just a quickie, which is the closest large (i.e that BA would fly to) airport to the Paul Ricard Circuit?

Marseilles.

Out of the Airport follow the direction Toulon.

Exit at 'Le Castellet'.

About 50 km.

Great spot, my mum lives there.

turns out they don't have flights at the right time - is nice any good - how long would it take to drive from there?

From Nice, it is about 160 km to Paul Ricard.

But it is a nice drive, all motorway and good scenary.

From Nice take the motorway to Toulon (150 km), stay on the same motorway and exit at Le Castellet.

PS: Yes there is a cool bar on top of the hill at the race track, but they serve no booze This is due to plenty of crashed (Mostly bickers) on the twisties from the motorway to Paul Ricard.....

PS: Sixt is a good company to get cars at Nice airport.
