Was talking to a mate last night about his rather messy break-up with his ex. After they broke up she decided she didn't ever want to speak to him again and accused him of trying to prolong contact when he was doing nothing of the sort.

Imagine his surprise to find a couple of days later that she turns up posting to an Internet forum he posts to.

Sad thing is though, he actually did want to stay friends with her. Reckon he's probably best shot of her if she's playing silly games like that though.

Tough one mate, sorry to hear that.

Don't want to rehash but did she disappear on her own eventually or was some help for PT enlisted?

Don't worry to reply if you don't want to

Or is she still secretly lurking waiting for news that you have purchased a rabbit...

It was a bit weird, suddenly noticed someone posting in her manner of speech and then it sunk in when she started accusing me of things she could only have read about and extrapolated emotion (read: blown out of all reasonable proportion) from on PH

she disappeared of her own accord eventually....

...probably something to do with wildfires communication skills "he's not in sod off." (door closes) when I was in his house and playing the PS2...I was sick of being hounded for a while but it eventually went away. I think she has a new fellow now...god help him poor bugger

Yeah, but she blamed the whole thing on me anyway!! I was quite polite to her, the few time I met her.... sort of.

Well it was kinda my fault, but had I not saved you, you would not be the eccentric person you are today

Wow! What a nightmare! I had an ex harrassing me, turning up on the doorstep, shouting in the hallway, holding my doorbell down, emails, phone calls, instant messages, it was awful. It took the intervention of a work colleague before he would leave me alone.

Ah, but this was one step further she turned up on my doorstep and harrassed him!!

My big problem with this sort of thing is that it can easily escalate.

yeah that's true she hated your guts almost as much as she hated mine!

It was an unpleasant time though

but fortunately I was able to take my mind off the harrassment through daily doses of beer cars and the student union!

that is an inconsiderate and ill informed comment. what the hell do you know about what else went on?

shut up and quit commenting unless you know what you're commenting about. bint

Um Tom - I could have got the wrong end of the stick here but wasn't Birdbrain being empathetic with your story?

Possibly a little harsh? I would suggest you take back these words? BB was only telling a story of her own - a pretty nasty one at that....

Obviously a touchy subject, eh?

D'oh, looks like people have got themselves into a bit of an unfortunate tangle. The guy has apologised and removed his comments further up.

Now how about big group hug?

b) Sounds like you had a luck escape in the end and that wf is a proper friend.

Had a few bunny boilers myself at one time or another but only one who would turn up on my doorstep or involve friends and that was just because I refused to sleep with her FFS, can't think what she would have done if I had of
