I used to have hair down to below my shoulders, but chopped it off a good 10 years ago now. I miss it from time to time, I will never have the patience to grow it back, keep it very short now. If I had darker hair I would shave it very short but as I am blonde I would look bald

I was told by the laydeez(tm) that I had lovely hair, really good condition

Sounds about the same length as mine. Though as my falls into curls/ringletts it can be pulled as far as my belt.

Used to have really long hair - past the middle of my back.

Saw some holiday photos of me on a windy pier and I thought "Chirst, I look like a woman off a shampoo ad!"

All cut off the following week.

No offence to anyone who has long hair though - each to their own.

on the plus side, i get more suntan for my money and i can wash and dry my hair in five minutes flat.

When I was a student, I had hair so long it reached to my upper thighs. I used to spend a fortune on shampoo, and I women would tell me how jealous they were of my hair.

Will you lot shut up - some of us have enough trouble keeping the little we've got left, and I'm sure mine wouldn't stand the strain of growing as far as my collar

That said, if I don't keep up trimning my eyebrows, I have to wash my face upwards, or end up blind. (Where's that eyebrow raising smiley when you need it?)
