Sharp Fax/Copy help required please.........

Help....

The Sharp UX385 plain paper fax/copier in my office has started playing up this morning, it was working fine yesterday............

However, this morning when trying to copy a document black horizontal lines appeared all over the COPY, in some cases a solid block of black ink.......

Reading the manual, it advised cleaning the print heads, and the rollors with Isopropanol, (which I bought from the local chemist), but alas the problem is still there......

Any office equipment gurus out there in Pistonheads land able to help...........

Errr, No it's not shafted......

Inserting new fax ink roll cured the problem........
