nokia 6630

just got one as an upgrade on orange and after installing the nokia software on my pc it won't detect the phone when trying to link it to yhe pc.i've tried removing then re-installing the software a few times but still not working.any ideas??

Installed the software on two machines, worked fine. Imported Outlook contacts, diary etc. No complaints here. Sorry, probably not what you wanted to hear.

I had the same problem with a 9300 and it turned out to be a conflict with MS ActiveSync for my iPAQ.

just tried again and just at the end of the insallation process i notice it said that it was interupted before it could install the data lead driver,don't know what happened as i just left it alone to get on with it.i guess this is the prob.still doesn't help me though

ahh this could be a problem as i still have an spv e200 that has it's cradle and software still wired up.don't really want to uninstall that as it still used.any ideas zod??
