Ok, i have a question. How the heck do i run php scripts saved in the temporary internet folder?

Basically ,ive modified a parameter of the script that requires it to email me a password and saved it in the temporary internet folder to allow me run it.
For some reason, when i find the actual saved file it looks empty....theres nothing saved.
What am i doing wrong, do i need to leave it alone and go do something more useful, am i likely to blow my O/s to Bluescreen hell if i keep messing?

Any help would be mucho thankyou!
