Got offered a new job...

New job = Slightly better money for considerably longer hours at times, less perks but work is of a prety varied and interesting nature. It's construction-related; a field in which I have only a tiny amount of experience. Long-term money is pretty good.
Current job = Not great money, but I could probably get myself promoted to help me earn a bit more. The job is very, very repetetive and can be mind-numbingly boring. Being promoted wouldn't change this. But the perks of the job are good, and whilst the job itself is boring, the company deals in something I am passionate about - Music.

Put it this way. Are you ever going to be working with music, i.e. get a promotion that brings you closer to the action, so to speak?
If this is not an option, but you really want to stick with the 'music' why not hold out for a job that allows you to build upon the base of experience you have, and at the same time keeping hold of the type of industry you love.
It sounds like if you move into construction, you're moving away from what you love, and effectively starting again. It doesn't sound like much of an upwards progression to me...
In my (teeny) experience on these things, stick to something that has the potential to offer something you love doing, unless the money another employer is offering you is too much to refuse, or you would be stepping up several rungs on the ladder.
IMHO the construction job is not worth it. If I were you, I'd hold on until such time as something comes along that will either REALLY tempt you, or offer you a chance to expand within the genre you love.
