Lads Weekend Away Advice

Gents,
I'm trying to plan a European weekend away for the 'lads' and would like any advice that the worldly patrons of PH can offer.
Rather than consider Amsterdam, the over used hedonistic tourist resort of Europe, I’d like to organise something a little more original. Ideally it would have all the ‘benefits’ of Amsterdam (cheap, café’s, eye candy and entertainment) but would offer a sense of originality, almost virginal in its commercial development!
Any ideas are more than welcome.

The Baltic cities are supposed to be great (Riga, Vilnius, and another I can't remember the name of!). Cheap beer and fantastic totty by all accounts.
did some work a few years ago in Vilnius, you can live like a king on £20 and there's eye candy as far as you can see.
Be very careful indeed in Budapest. Lots of Mafia con artists and the totty they employ will fleece many a sad man this year. Do a Google search to see some of the scams. Other than that it's great, nice beer and nice wine, plenty to see, friendly people and some good looking girls. Day outings to the Danube Bends and even up to Bratislava on the hydrafoil are fun.
In Prague the problem is petty criminals so keep your valuables hidden and secure. Fantastic beer. Girls up to the normal high Eastern European standard. Google can find you some very interesting agencies. From a tourist POV even more to see and do than Budapest. Problem with Prague is that is too popular now, heaving with tourists. A nice day outing is to get the train up to Dresden, the silicon valley of Eastern Germany.
Krakov in Poland is excellent to do. As the former capital the royal palace and Cathederal are a bit special. Also the largest medieval square in Europe. Plenty to do outside town, the concentration camps, salt mines and railway museum. Polish beer is good especially with Vodka chasers, Bison Grass is my favourite. Sex shops in Krakov are precisely that, they sell sex! Don't go to Warsaw, it is a dump.
The Baltic capitals of Tallin, Riga and Vilnius are excellent. There are cheap flights now. Tallin gets a lot of Scandanavian booze cruisers so is geared up to look after you. The pole dancing places are brilliant and the hotels run free porn channels. Riga is my favourite, beer is cheap and they have one of the highest per capita alcohol consumptions in the world. Girls are everywhere, starting at your hotel bar. Once again Google will be your friend. I only got to Vilnius the once but from what I remember it was less vibrant than the other two. Tall girls with long legs though, I remember that much.
