Recording Sky to computer, favour please gang.

Due to my technonumptiness I have a problem which I'm hoping someone here can help me with.
My lad is carrying the flag out before the Women's International..England v Scotland tonight at Tranmere Rovers.
It is live on Sky Sports 3.
I was hoping someone could record the opening bit....not the match, just the walkout of the teams, and save it as an mpeg or something like that. It's on at 7.30 tonight.
Would make his day if he had something he could email to his pals, the organisers are even taking back the sweatshirt the're asking him to wear? I know I know gift horse and gob comes to mind but hey, it's for the boy!!!
