Once, when you ordered stuff from Amazon, it came from Amazon.

Now it seems to come from assorted two-bit sellers all over the place and you have to leave feedback, like eBay.

You can still get stuff from Amazon - you just get more choice now. Watch out though, as while many things are a bit cheaper through other sellers, you often have to pay more postage.

And then there's the Amazon marketplace, which actually kicks arse. I use it all the time.

It is frustrating that they are becoming a hybrid supplier/intermediary. What I do not like is that they do not differentiate enough between Amazon supplied goods and those from their 'marketplace'.

I use Amazon all the time, they seem to have got the customer priority/ service just right, I would never again go back to Ebay, feel a lot safer after cancelling my account from the online car boot sale.
