if i want to find someone who has moved but left no forwarding address are there any other ways bar 192.com type thinghy??

You could try looking on the electoral register.

If you know someone who can access experian or equifax for you, it should throw up a new address if they do a search.

no not stalker just trying to take a tenant to court

traced his email back to his new employers which is a start - can i serve a court order or whatever u call it on him at his place of work?

Serve the papers at his place of work, and get an attachment of earnings order from the court. Get the money he owes you straight from his pay packet. That'll mean he gets the arseache of moving jobs for messing with you

Can you say what he owes you? Email is a start, seek legal advice, the Citizens advice bureau being the cheapest (free) place to start. A mate of mine spent 9k all in all, to get an unwanted tennant evicted And good luck.

he's left my house so theres no problem there but didnt give notice and owes for bills and rent. he is actually a trainy solicitor for a property company law firm! if i threaten to tell them would they get narky like eg i dont think an accountant can ever be bankrupt?

My brother rented a house to a policeman.He had all sorts of trouble with him.Got it sorted with a call to the guy's boss.

Threatening to drop him in the poo with his new employers could be an answer - they won't want corrupt solicitors in their employ.
