Other than that its been a fairly solemn day.

erm, a small incident involving my dealer writing it off while test driving it after the service

mind you, now got a lovely GT3RS which i prefer, soo alls well that ended well so to speak.

Hiding the new guys phone in the suspended ceiling above his desk and getting my team to ring it constantly while he walked around, disected his desk, my desk, the coat stand, the fridge for 4 hrs while it was ringing 2 feet above his head was comical to say the least.

Nope im here to loadtest the DB, its up to them to fix it, the amusement comes from being told repeatedly how much better the new system is, and its not, the tricky part now is pinning down why, because the new system should be a lot quicker.

Not much to smile about... sh1t day at work, etc... until: got a very sweet smile from a particularly attractive female driver coming the other way as I drove home. Returned the complement of course. Cheered my day up!

Well I've not been in work today ... which after the day I had Wednesday is a vast improvement and guarnteed to make me smile!

I left work early today to go to the bank and spent a pleasant half hour looking down the blouse of a honey that was happily tapping away on the computer sorting out my standing orders. Good job the desk jutted out a bit, could have been embarrassing standing there in full view... ;-)

four teenagers in a car opposite at the traffic lights with there mouths hanging open
they didnt speak or turn there heads or do anything just sat there with the mouths hanging open for what seemed like ages..

was very funny...
