When Kennedy was asked if the lib dems were to the right or left of Labour he said they were more "progressive". Perhaps "progressive" is politicians code for unelectable bunch of muppets?

The people who call themselves 'progressive' have different ideas on what constitutes progress than many of us.

My idea of progress is to progress to a one party state with me in charge and be done with socialist nonsense. Some people might not view that as progress though.

As for UKIP there are probably more folk who sympathise with them than would vote for them. Also, good to see C4 have a shrewd idea of the viewing figures channels can slump to during propaganda broadcasts for the ecofascists.
