Election. La La La.......

Is it me or is this election getting a bit dull (not quoting "The Sun" paper either)

Result will be :-

Labour - Or should that be Labor for his new found friend. Back in but reduced majority.

Conservatives - more seats but nothing to speak about and possible loss of a seat to a surprised member, Howard looks sheepish and gets voted out like the last guy ohh whats his name? you know last Tory leader Boris? no .. Oh I forget.

Liberal - big gains in a few towns but obsure ones. Also Iraq voting backfires.

(Mr Kennedy May 6th )

Scottish party - Very well due to close of regiment and local hatred of Labour (ie Mr Blair)

Green party - some surprise win? as Labour turns back on Green issue (ie nuclear power stations required)

UKIP - a seat or close second in some counts? May do better due to no whats-his-face.


And yes I will be voting an no I will not tell you.

I suppose it might be considered dull by some people because there was never much chance of Labour losing power.

For those of us who take an interest in politics however no general election is dull-it only comes round every 4 years.

I disagree - this is the first election for twenty years that has me near comatose with indifference.

i'd love to see every labour supporters face if they do loose......sorry but i find the arrogance of the 'we are going to win again and no-one can stop us' crap they keep spouting quite annoying.

i did like westcliff's local labour candidate's election sheet though...it was a bit sharp on the old ring but it removed what it was meant to .
