Email on K700i

Any one tell me how to email with my Ericsson K700i.
I have downloaded the setup files from the net, but when I come to send mail, it just says...connection failed.
I don't think the phone is dialing the correct number, but can't find anywhere to edit the dial out number.....

It's a bugger to do.

I persevered with my T610 on vodafone to access one of my email accounts.

Took three long calls to Voda cust. services (top marks - very helpful), but gave up in the end as the phone never seems to download enough of the email, had a plotloss regarding sending, and generally was more trouble than good....

Sorry for the encouragement! Email me & I'll have a look tomorrow when I get home & see if I can resurrect the settings...

my K700i is with orange
So for sending mail I use the inbuilt settings of Orange's SMTP server details & GRPS (for connection)

POP3 is just my domain email details (server & user/pwd)

couldn't be easier!
The reason I got the k700i was for POP3 mail access.
