Mobile Tariff Recommendations

Can you recommend any decent deals knocking about at the moment for pay monthly mobile tariffs?
I've just got a new work phone, thats going to look after most of the calls I make, but i want to keep my work and personal lives somewhat separate.
My current personal mobile (O2 XDA2) has 500 off peak mins and 500 texts inclusive per month for £25/month, probably dont need the talk time so much now but could do with keeping the texts, anyone seen any decent rates?
I dont want to change the pohne cos i've got things like TomTom set up to my liking, but can unlock it to any network.

I do not recommend 3, coverage is pretty dire.
I managed with one for 10 months. While you can get a signal in most places, the network will not switch seamlessly between the O2 network (2G) and 3's network (3G).
The phone will always hunt for a 3G signal (because using the O2 network costs 3 money), so you can have a full 2G signal and a very weak 3G signal - the phone will choose the 3G signal every time.
Also, if you're making a call on the 3G network, and you go out of range, the call terminates. On Voda 3G or Orange 3G, this does not happen - it switches seamlessly, mid-call, to the 2G network.
Finally, 3's customer services are utterly appauling. Their CS is in India, their understanding of the British way of life is very poor, and you often can't understand what they're saying (and vice-versa). I quit their network in January, paid off the balance, and forgot about it. Last week, they sent me a bill for 1 pence.

Ok, totally out of the ball-park here. But I had to source a high use contract for my new job (claim back on expenses). My new boss recommended the Vodafone 400 contract, but only because he's a long term customer.
I did lots of looking, while finishing up at my old job, and found the BT contracts pretty good. Strangely they use Vodafone as the network provider but have some nice little touches:
1) 1000 minutes to your home BT number free (limit is 2 mins but standard after that!)
2) No extras for international calls - flat rate of 30p to EU
3) Cheap insurance at £5 a month with free replacement etc
4) 300 inclusive minutes which roll over (one month only though)
5) Free phone, including the latest Nokia ones!
6) All for £41 a month - including insurance etc
Pretty good deal and for 6 months the 300 minutes are doubled. Can upgrade after 3 months FOC and support and sales are very good too. So far impressed and look forward to a event-free 12 months. Though please note that this was for "new customers only" as the Bank advert goes.....
That said though - there are some cracking deals around at the moment. Do some google searches for mobile phone companies - some even do cash back (offering some of their commission back on the sale!). Its a buyers market so play them off against each other, its fun.
