There's loads to do in nottingham.

If you want nice bars, try saltwater in the cornerhouse or anywhere in the lacemarket. If you want the townie/meatmarket crowd stick to market square. If you want olde worlde pubs and real ale go for the Salutation or the Olde Trip.

There's loads of nightclubs to choose from ranging from Rock City to proper 'avin it large' type places with lots of cheese in between. Can't comment on the strip clubs but hooters is good for a laugh as long as you don't expect too much.
