Cookery Question - Sea Bass

I've just bought a couple of whole sea bass, does anyone have any cooking suggestions? I fancy something different, normally I fillet and fry them skin side down, or steam with lemon and herbs.
Thanks
Don't chav girls usually favour a battered cod eaten alfresco not far from where it was fried?
This recipe (sea bass cooked in salt crust) is delicious

Herbs and lemon as before, inside the gut cavity.
Few slices of apple and goodly amount of butter (ounce or so) on some foil.
Sling fish in foil and make a foil pasty, bung in oven.
Job done, a different way.
I think that you've been watching a bit too much Jamie Oliver Plotloss, far too many refernces to bunging and slinging for my liking, you'll be sliding down spiral staircases and telling us how much you love your nan next.......

@ Vixpy!
Very clever!
I will give the salt baked method a try.
