1920's silent movie music, as per the old new reels. I'm not sure if its specific but it does sound familiar.

In a similar vein, the music on the new Vodafone advert with the ever changing haristyles.

Does anyone know the hip-hop/chemical style track on there?

Just a shot in the dark but is it a variation on a theme from "Gaietie Parisienne" by Offenbach?

It's familiar to me too, but I just can't drop on the memory...
