Advice on Paintball markers
Discussion
Hi,
I’m a relative newbie to paintball, but I have been about 10 times now. The site we are going to allows people to bring their own markers (not paint) – naturally I want to take my own and kick some ass, because site guns are usually crap.
Better gun = more kills :D
I had my own marker last season but it was pants. It was a bit of a cheapo one, but my friend got a decent one – also a smart parts vision eye and it was amazing, grouping was fantastic and fired quick-as. So much more fun than the banana ball site markers.
I’ve been offered a good condition Smart Parts Vision Eye marker, with pots, co2 bottle, etc, the works – for £250.
Question 1 – is this a good price?
Question 2 – are these reliable? Is there much work needed between games/days of use?
Thanks in advance,
Sam
