Does anyone on here own a DVD recorder?

If so, can I ask them a heeeeeeeeeeeoooooooooooooooj favour?

Can I ask them to record Top Gear this Sunday night? We were at it for yesterday's recording and there's a chance of something "amusing" that occured with JC and my wife being transmitted. She was asked to sign a waiver form allowing the footage to be broadcast, so we can only hope that they use it...

I would obviously pay for the DVD and the postage.

In theory I could record it to video and then hook up a video to the PC and burn it to DVD.

But that would be a bit of a pain. So put me down as an emergency offer if anyone else with a DVD recorder cant help...

We have a VCR, it's just I wanted to get a good quality copy on DVD that would "last".

I normally record it anyway as I am out Sunday evenings. You can have a copy as long as I remember not to remove from the HD once I've watched it. I can then burn it for you!

I can record to DVD for you if nobody else has confirmed so far. Send me a mail to confirm - it is also repeated on Beeb2 on Tuesday IIRC.

Hi Stu! Yup that was us, at it all yesterday! Fernah fernah! I will PM you, but if you respond you won't get a reply from me as I am at home now and emails go elsewhere. If you CAN recod it to DVD for me, that would be fab!
