Right...
After the quick meeting (and beer and pie extravaganza) that the Mods just had, we have come up with a plan that we have stolen from HM government.
WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT ALL OF THESE FAKE USERS AND DOUBLE AND SOMETIMES TRIPLE IDENTITIES.
We hope that everyone will understand. It's all for the good of the children. Right Brian?

towit: Each member shall be issued an ID card and will be subject to a retinal scan of thier right eye (or is that left eye? wait, maybe it was a thumbprint? whatever.) prior to logging on.
We've used modern holographic techniques to prevent copying and the surface of the card is impervious to beer stains and the odd optimax spillage.
We have issued the first two ID cards, and thought everyone would like to see what to look out for in the mail...
