Samsung 32" LCD TV

I'm going to replace my ageing 28" Panasonic Widescreen TV which I've had for 5 years now and go flatscreen.
We have decided (The wife has decided....) that 32" is the biggest we can have in our sitting room and I have seen the Samsung LE32R41BD advertised for £999.
Does anyone have any experience of this tv or have any other suggestions? This is at the towards the top of our budget. I think I can squeeze another £100 out of the Visa before it snaps. I would prefer an HD ready set with progressive scan input for my dvd player.
