Is there anyone on PH who is in the IT recruitment industry? I'm looking for a quick assesment of what sort of salary i should be aiming for in relation to my skillset.

Not actually looking for a job, just want to know how much to ask for in upcoming interviews.

Jobserve and the trade press such as computer weekly will be the best bet to find out what "market rate" is.

Even I can tell that thread refers to the evil minefield of contracting, both sides can be as bad as each other..
