I saw this on thr Discovery Channel....unusual to say the least. Pay particular attention to the descriptions in the second half of the article. Nanofibers enhancing human strenth, uniform sensing wounds and constricting, etc. I hope no bank robbers get a hold of one of these; that will make the bank robbing scene in "Heat" look like child's play!

The FCS program is interesting, but take a look at the tanks they are designing!!!!!!
Or do a search for Stingray in Gulf war 1, wasnt used in anger but 2 at least were deployed...
A good quote because it reinforces the sterotypes you want to believe. The US Military are nowhere near as useless as you want to believe.
