Free cars for criminals

Sorry if this has been posted bfore, but...........

apparently there is a plan to give people with criminal tendancies free cars. Police will then stand a far better chance of apprehending them as this Govt is only interested in motoring offences.

Sounds plausible... I think I've seen worse. Like taking guns away from law-abiding citizens in an attempt to lower crime rates...
