OK, can I hijack it then?
Anyone else remember how back in the days when we were so amazingly primitive that we still thought digital watches were a pretty neat idea, consensus had not been fully achieved on how to represent "6" and "9" on a 7-segment display? How, when driving a 7-segment display with a 7447, it used to show "b" for "6" and "q" for "9", so you had to muck around with extra logic to illuminate the missing segments? And some digital watches had the same problem, but they were all advertised displaying a time of 10:08 and 42 seconds, so you couldn't tell from the advert whether they formed the numbers properly or not?
Well, Pwig's picture reminded me of that.
