60th Birthday Ideas

Right, my mother's 60th is coming up fairly soon and I'm stupmed. She is into walking, gardening etc.

Needs to be something "to keep".

Any ideas??? :)

It's also my Mother's sixtieth birthday soon and we've (myself and siblings) have arranged a surprise birthday party for her, inviting lots of old friends whom she hasn't seen for years. Also giving a ring and money to buy a holiday.
You have to remember that at her age she probably won't want more stuff cluttering up her home. She should already possess everything she needs so you needn't concentrate on giving her something physical 'to keep'. Memories are forever, well at least until Alzhiemer's Syndrome gets a grip of her faculties !
