Where can we go?

OK, pub question everyone always says they've had enough of this country and I truly feel as though I have; rising taxes, rising crime, rising housing costs, crap weather, speed cameras everywhere etc.
Now, I run my own business that's easily relocatable so..... Where do we go that will offer:
Lower taxes
Space
Better weather
Appreciate entrepreneurialship
Quality schools and policing etc.
P.s. I have an American citizenship but have never lived there.

What about the Isle of Man? It's like Britain, you can still work in the North West at least (if you like commuting by light aircraft), it's quite picturesque, and their political attitude seems to be along the lines of 'f

I've heard there's no point in speed limits in Russia for two reasons:
-The country's lawless enough for the Police to have a lot more on their hands.
-Most of the roads are covered in icy slush, so if you floored it in anything other than an off-roader you'd be certifiable.

Space - Plenty of it.
Better weather - Yes.

Quality schools and policing etc. - Schools are not quite as good as the UK, Policing is probably better.
I lived in the Republic of Ireland for 11 years, I would not recommend it to any one. It’s a vast step down from the UK.

Well Russia has a lot of space, a low income tax, flat 13% I think, certainly you can drive fast and get away with it. And there are car enthusiasts there, in addition at least in Moscow you can go all over downtown on the Metro, cheap, fast, reliable.
Some of the best beer, truly the best vodka, all are cheap and you can drink them in public, so long as you don't make a drunken fool of yourself. Recovering alkys beware, you will be led into severe temptation.
Educational system is very good and the universities are relatively cheap. But you will need to learn the language to do anything.
The Russian language is not *all* that hard to learn, but it does take some effort. If you learn it it opens a *lot* of doors.
It's not the safest place and in general Russia does not welcome the wimpy. The winter is not to be trifled with. The Kremlin is not to be trifled with. The "bratva" (mafia) are also not to be trifled with. Like driving at speed, it's not inherently dangerous but it's unforgiving of errors.
But it's the Wild East, take it or leave it.
I'm off to St. Petersburg tomorrow dark-thirty, 2 weeks of work then a week of vacation, frankly looking forward to it.
