Brilliant publicity stunt - no doubt in my mind.

However, the Wookey Hole caves thing is very perculiar.

I was there a few years ago - amazing caves, wondrous grandeur, awesome timescales, humbling nature etc...

Then you come out into some naff visitor centre with a Madame Tussauds left-overs such as Charlie Chaplin and Laurel and Hardy waxworks exhibition.

Kinda surreal and totally destroyed the atmosphere.

It was a few years ago - maybe they got rid of it as I and many others had written our displeasure in the visitor's book.

Wookey Hole was (is?) owned by Tussauds Group.
