Its the father of a chap I used to work for who is the selling agent.

Its got a fairly large sporting estate with it as well.

I would also consider it - Don't have a lot of cash, but could do so if the opportunity was right. Luxury Hotel and Resturant - Hunting Lodge, off-road school, race track, exotic/racing car storage and maintenance, Racing car hire, Helicoptor taxi service to Geneva, Monte Carlo, Marseille, Milan.... maybe space for a Golf Club / Tennis Centre. Maybe a small exclusive Apartment/Gite complex...

Endless possibilities.
