Nokia 6630 Help!

About a month ago I dropped my mobile (Nokia 6630) in salt water, I've just recently sent it off for repair to an independent company and they've told me that "The phone's PCB has suffered sever
salt water corrosion" and "the phone is not repairable"
I was thinking, is it not possible to just get a new PCB for the phone & get someone to fit it? or is it not as simple as that?
Repair costs arent a major factor really, but obviously I'd like to keep it reasonable.
If anyone has any ideas or can advise me on past experiences I'd be more than grateful.
